2-3 tomatoes (medium sized)
2 T. Olive Oil
2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 package Fettucine pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tomatoes in small pieces, removing the seeds and liquid, and put in a bowl with the oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well and leave it to season for about 2 hours. Cook the fettuccine to al dente in water with a little salt, drain, put in a pan, pour the tomatoes over it and put all of it on the fire for no longer than 5 minutes.
