Preheat to 350º
1 c butter softened
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
(or milk w/2tbsp lemon juice)
4 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
⅔ c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs.
Add milk, flour, soda.
Put ½ batter into greased loaf pans (2 pans)
Mix sugar/cinnamon.
Sprinkle ¾ into the 2 pans.
Add remaining batter to pans; sprinkle topping.
Swirl w/a knife.
Bake 45-50 min.
Cool in pan 20 min before removing to rack.
