5 Hass avocados 1/4 cup lime juice 2 tbsp dry sherry 1 tsp grated ginger root 1 tsp hot sauce 1/2 tsp white pepper 3 cups chicken stock salt 1/2 lb lump crabmeat

Put peeled avocado with lime juice in blender and puree. Add sherry ginger hot sauce white pepper 3 cups of stock salt. Pulse until smooth Refrigerate in a bowl for 6 hours. garnish with crabmeat and parsley.
