1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup of water
1 pkg.(12 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
4 cups (1/2 of 32 oz.0kg) ore-ida diced hash brown potatoes
1/2 lb. (8oz.) velvets, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions:

Cook chicken in large deep skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat, 4 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring frequently, season with pepper

Add water, broccoli florets and potatoes, stir, cover, cook 5 to 7 min. Or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently

Stir in velveeta cheese and soup, cook, covered, 3 to 5 min. Or until velveeta is completely melted and chicken mixture is heated through, stirring frequently
