½ C. shortening
½ C. oil
1¾ C. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ C. sour milk or buttermilk
2 C. finely diced zucchini
2½ C. flour
¼ C. cocoa
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
¼ C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put zucchini in blender a little at a time and cover with water. Chop a little at a time; drain.
2. Cream together shortening, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour milk.
3. Mix together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini.
4. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Bake at 375º for 40-45 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
