2 lbs. lean ground beef (raw)
2 c. cooked white rice
1 head cabbage
1 lge. tin of tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and mix with raw hamburger. Slice cabbage into thin strips. In a casserole dish or roaster put a thin layer of the rice mixture and then top with a layer of cabbage and so on until casserole is full and cabbage is on the top layer. Pour tomato juice over the top, cover and bake at 350º for an hour or until cabbage is cooked through. Top with tomato juice and enjoy!
