Ingredients:  
1 lb ground chuck
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Sauce:
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
2 tbsp celery (chopped)
1 cup catsup
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the burgers. Mix well. Form into patties. Roll in flour and brown both sides. Place in a baking dish.

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes and pour over burgers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
