1 C. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 C. butter
1 C. sugar
tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray a 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper. Spread pecans in a single layer on top.
2. Put butter, sugar, and salt in a 3 quart pan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Make sure candy reaches 290-300 with candy thermometer.
3. Once candy has reached temperature remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir gently.
4. Carefully pour mixture over chopped pecans. Let candy sit for a few minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Cover pan with foil and let sit for 5 minutes, until chocolate has softened. Put candy in fridge for at least 2 hours.
5. Lift parchment paper out of pan and put toffee on cutting board. Cut gently with a knife into smaller pieces. Store in an air tight container.
