2 eggs (beaten into milk)
½ cup milk
2 cups of Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mound the flour on a kneading board and make a well in the center.
2. Add egg mixture and knead until dough is firm, adding more flour as needed.
3. Break off dough, about the size of a walnut, and roll out.
4. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center and roll over the dough.
5. Pinch dough by hand or with a fork. Be sure pierogi are well sealed.
6. Drop pierogi into boiling water (I cook about 6 to 8 at a time) and cook gently 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Lift out with a slotted spoon and place into a well-buttered casserole dish.
8. Leftover pierogi can be fried in butter.
