3-1/2 Cups Chicken broth
5 Large Potatoes
1/2 Cup light cream
Lots of Butter (Real Butter)
Lots of Sour Cream and Chives
3 Cloves of garlic whole
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in chicken broth along with 3 garlic cloves. Cook until tender, drain and discard garlic cloves but save some of the broth. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste and light cream and mash potatoes adding 1/4 Cup of the saved broth until desired consistency. Add more butter , sour cream and chives (optional) and mix again. Once blended - Enjoy.
