One bag yeast rolls(frozen)
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1-1/2 Teaspoon Ranch style dressing mix
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs:
Thyme
Rosemary
Parsley

For Wreath:
12 Frozen rolls use a non stick spray on a baking sheet and arrange yeast rolls approximately 1/4" apart for form a large ring.
For Christmas Tree:
21 Frozen rolls use a non stick spray on a baking sheet and arrange yeast rolls as follows: 6 on bottom line and going up subtract one role per row until you have 1 at top.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and a warm damp cloth. Set in a warm spot in kitchen to warm and rise double in size (1-3 hours). Preheat oven to 375º. Combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush top and sides of rolls with butter mixture. Sprinkle rolls with finely chopped herbs. Bake 10-15 minutes for wreath or 16-19 for Christmas tree, until golden brown. Serve on cake stand and garnish with fresh herbs.
