1 Package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 16 oz. Sour Cream
1 Pack Knorr vegetable soup mix
2 lbs. Shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except 1 lb. of the shredded cheese, together in a casserole dish. Top with other 1/2 bag of cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted.
