3 Pineapple rings
Several maraschino cherries
1 Stick butter
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
5 Tablespoons Pineapple juice
3 Egg yolks
Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 Pineapple rings and maraschino cherries in the bottom of a Black Iron Skillet. Melt together 1 stick of butter, 1 cup brown sugar and pour over pineapple rings. In a bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 5 Tablespoons pineapple juice and 3 egg yolks(Beat whites separately) fold in egg whites. pour batter over butter and sugar. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
