Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Cup butter softened
1 Cup oil
1 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 Cups + 4 tbls flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Frosting
1/2 to 1 stick of butter softened
3-5 Cups of confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
Enough milk to get it mixed to the right consistency.

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine dry ingredients.

Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients.

Refrigerate for an hour. Scoop the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a sugar coated glass.

Bake at 325-335 for 10 minutes.

Frosting
Mix ingredients together until you have the right consistancy

These are not good sugar cookies to roll and cut with cookie cutters. Pawpaw says these have to be frosted AND decorated with M&Ms!
