2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3 teaspoons Creole mustard
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Tabasco to taste

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
