Crust:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar

Filling:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
14 oz. Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

Frosting:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine - softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
In a small bowl mix butter into flour and sugar until crumbly. Press into bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 min - cool 10 min.

In large bowl combine all filling ingredients. Mix well. Spread over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake 15-20 min, or until golden brown. Cool completely

In small bowl blend all frosting ingredients. Spread over bars and cut into squares.
