1 medium head cabbage, grated
Then add 1 tsp. salt to cabbage. Let set 2 hr. Squeeze out juice with hands.
Add 1 shredded carrot, 1 chopped green pepper or celery,

Make Syrup - 1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
½ water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Boil 1 minute, Let stand until luke warm. Pour over cabbage mixture. Place in boxes and freeze. This can be frozen several times without losing quality.
