2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion chopped 1/2 green bell pepper chopped salt pepper 1/2 cup reserved lobster juice from cooking 1 1/2 cup cooked tomato-lobster sauce 1/2 cup warm water 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 3/4 lb cooked white fish (cod, haddock) cut into 2 pieces 1 cooked lobster meat removed cut into 2-inch piece chopped fresh basil 2tbsp 1 clove garlic 4 pieces toasted Italian bread

In a soup pot heat oil add onion and bell pepper salt/pepper cook about 10 min to soften Add lobster juice tomato sauce1/2 cup water red pepper bring to a boil lower heat to a simmer Add fish set cover askew on pot cook 10 min add lobster meat and basil cook another 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper Rub toasted bread with garlic place in bowls and ladle soup on top
