10 oz. Bag yellow rice
1 Whole chicken or substitute with rotisserie chicken
8 oz. Sour cream
2 Packs 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese or cheddar Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to direction and season to taste. Boil chicken with salt and pepper and chopped celery(optional). Debone chicken after it is cooled. Layer rice in bottom of lightly oiled casserole dish. Place pulled chicken on top of rice. Spread sour cream over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
