1 head cabbage, cored
Tomato sauce
Brown sugar

Filling:
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground turkey
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. garlic powder
chopped onion
1 c. regular raw rice
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage head in steamer basket, upside down. Steam 20 min.
Mix filling ingredients together in a bowl.
Pull off one cabbage leaf at a time and roll up meat filling mixture in it like an egg roll.
Put all wraps in pan. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hrs.
