Filling: 1 lb. hamburger 1 lb. ground turkey ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ chopped onion 1 c. regular raw rice 2 eggs
Put cabbage head in steamer basket, upside down. Steam 20 min. Mix filling ingredients together in a bowl. Pull off one cabbage leaf at a time and roll up meat filling mixture in it like an egg roll. Put all wraps in pan. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake @ 350º for 1½ hrs.
