Onions
Olive Oil
Eggs
Sliced Cheese
English Muffins

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, sautee kale and onions in olive oil. Once softened, develop a circle(s) with the mixture and crack an egg in the middle. Cover skillet for egg to cook. Once white of egg appears, cover with 1/2 slice of cheese. Re-cover until cheese is melted and egg is cooked to your liking.

Remove from heat and place egg on toasted English muffin.
