2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar (heaping)
3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/8 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
5 slices thick cut Brioche bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl or small blender combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, milk and vanilla.

In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into a shallow dish or pie plate. Dip bread in the egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side. Serve with syrup.
