16 oz dry roasted peanuts
10 oz salted whole cashews
2 cups pecan pieces
36 oz chocolate bark coating
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz bitter chocolate
1 Tablespoon shortening (I used butter)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a 5 qt (or larger) crockpot on low for 2 hours. Stir well, add vanilla and stir again. Make sure all nuts are all coated with chocolate. Drop candy by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper. Let stand at least 2 hours until firm. Store in airtight containers.

Makes approximately 80 clusters.
