2 pie shells
2/3 c brown sugar
2-tsp corn starch
2-c raisins
1 tsp orange peel
¼ c orange juice
2-tsp lemon juice
½ c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix brown sugar and cornstarch. Sir in raisins, peel, orange juice, lemon juice and 1 1/2 c of cold water. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts. Transfer to pie shell. Cover with top pie shell. Cut slits in top crust. Seal and flute edge. Cover edge with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 20-25 minutes more.
