1 angel food cake mix
1 cake of mix of desired flavor
Ziplock bag

1. Mix the angel food cake mix with the 2nd cake mix of choice, and store in large
ziplock bag. Remember: 1 MUST be an angel food cake. That's the secret!!
2. When the hankering for cake hits you just mix:
3 tablespoons mix,
2 tablespoons water
1 minute in the microwave!

These individual little cakes are amazing and ready to eat in one minute! They are perfect for whenever you feel like a treat without all the fat and calories that cake can have.

SSSSHHHHH. Here it is!!!! You know those nights when you need a little something but you don't want to make a whole cake? I had this problem last night!! I wanted a small piece of cake but I knew if I made an entire cake one of three things would happen:
#1 It would end up going bad before we ate it
#2 I would give in and just let the kids eat it all.
#3 OR I would eat WAY too much of it. So here is a remedy for that little hankering.
