Remove dough with slotted spoon. Garnish with butter.

Filling: combine 2 oz. mashed potatoes with 3 oz. farmers cheese (ground), 1 small minced onion, sautéed in butter and salt and pepper to taste, add 1 small egg.

Meat: simmer 1 minced onion in butter until golden, 1 T. Bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste, add 1 small egg.
Cheese: combine 2 cups farmers cheese with 1 egg. 2 tsp sugar and dash of salt.
