4 large red peppers, washed and cored
1 can tuna fish, drained (if you use the Italian tuna fish in oil-use the oil too)
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 clove minced garlic or more to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese or more to taste
5 Tbsp red wine vinegar or more to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
1Tbsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tuna fish with bread crumbs and add all other dry ingredients, then add oil and vinegar to mixture and mix. It should be moist; may add more vinegar and oil if needed. Then stuff peppers with mixture and place a crust piece of Italian bread to seal mixture (optional). Drizzle with olive oil and prick peppers with fork.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minus or until pepper skin starts to pucker and brown.
