4 cups shredded potatoes or bag of frozen hash browns not patties
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1 8 oz tub of sour cream
1 cup grated cheese. I prefer mild cheddar
Chopped onions
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish

Sprinkle another cup of shredded cheese on top

Bake at 350º. Fir about 45 minutes depending upon how deep the dish is and your oven. I check after 30 minutes
