2 lb Rump Roast or whatever preferred.

1 c. Water

1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup mix

1 pkg. au joir dry gravy

Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a crock pot (slow cooker).

Cook all day or until the meat easily separates.


Serve in a bun and with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.

Or, make all the sandwiches and put in an over to melt the cheese.

Soup: leftover meat and sauce can be added to dry vegetable beef soup mix or any vegetables to make a vegatable soup.
