½ lbs cooked pork or chicken, minced
½ cup water chestnuts, minced
2 spring onions, minced
¾ tsp. Fresh ginger root, minced
2 tsp soy sauce
½ lbs. Won ton wrappers
4 cups chicken broth
1 spring onion sliced

Mix meat, vegetables, and soy sauce. (These may be put through a food chopper or chopped in a food processor.) Place a wrapper in front of you with a point facing you. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of the wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with water. Fold over to form a triangle and press firmly; making sure no pocket of air is inside. Brush folded edge with water and bring right and left points together on fold. Press to seal. In large sauce ban, bring broth and sliced spring onions to boil. Drop in Won Tons. Simmer until dough is cooked, about 10 minutes.
