1 lb piece of pork
3 tbsp cooking wine or sherry
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, mashed
3 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
5 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork, then slice into 1 1/2 inch cubes, place in pot
Add garlic and the mixture of wine, soy sauce and water
Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes
When cooked, stir occasionally to prevent burning
When the liquid has almost completely evaporated, sprinkle in pieces of green onion. Serve
