1 block cream cheese
1 small jar or about 15 pimento stuffed olives
4 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese sit out to soften. Chop the olives and garlic fine by hand. Do not use a food processor. Mix together with cream cheese. Refrigerate and let sit for a few hours before serving. Enjoy with your favorite chips. You may want to sit it out for a little while before serving so it can soften.
Note: My favorite chip to eat with this dip is corn chips.
