1 cup crust free bread diced 1/12 cup water 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1 peeled seeded and chopped cuke 2chopped cloves of garlic 1 cup green seedless grapes cut in half 6 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar salt/pepper

Soak bread in water and squeeze water out. Set aside In a bowl add almonds cuke garlic grapes vinegar salt/pepper toss well. In a blender add bread mixture on low turn up the speed and add soup mix Blend well 5 min. When smooth and airy season salt and pepper then chill overnight. Garish with fresh chives chopped green grapes cut in half and some sliced almonds.
