1 eggplant
½ stick of butter
Salt and pepper, to taste,
½ can pet milk
½ cup milk
8 biscuits or crackers
Grated Cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel eggplant and cut in several pieces. Boil until tender (about 10-15 minutes) Drain off water and add butter, salt, pepper, pet milk, milk, biscuits and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes until well done. Gratted Cheddar may be added if desired.
