12 servings of instant mashed potatoes made with ¾ specified liquid
1½ tsp Salt
6 tbsp Oleo
3 eggs
dash Pepper
1 tsp. Nutmeg
¾ cup grated swiss cheese
½ cup sour cream

Mix all ingredients. Top with parmesan cheese and bake 1 hour at 375º.
