3 cups Summer Squash, cooked
¼ cup Butter, melted
¼ cup Milk or light cream
3 eggs, well beaten
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Onion chopped, to tast
¼ cup Buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Squash and onion with salt until tender. Drain and mash. Add other ingredients. Pour into one quart casserole and bake at 350º until firm. It seems to do better in the casserole is set in a pan of hot water.
