1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can (15 oz.) shoe peg corn, drained
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine ranch dip, cream cheese and sour cream, and mix well. Stir in corn, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, and chopped green chilies. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Grease a 2 or 3 quart baking dish with butter, or use nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm with Fritos Scoops or other sturdy corn chips.
