1 TBS. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 TBS. Sour Cream
1 TBS. Honey
2tsp. soy sauce
sriracha to taste


1 LB. beef
1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
1 finger of ginger cut up fine.
4 scallions separating the whites from the green, sliced thin
2tsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Set oven to 425.

1. Mix 1st- 5 ingredients in a bowl for the special sauce you roll the balls around in after they have been cooked.

2. combine the whole 2nd list with 1/2 tsp. salt.
for into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
place meatballs on a lightly greased cookie sheet .

roast in the oven for 14 to 16 minutes.

When they are cooked thru. Carefully add meatballs into the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.

Garnish with scallion greens and chili flakes to taste.
