5 lbs potatoes
6 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and peel potatoes, drain and mash - or buy Mrs. Geri's bag
Add ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cover and place in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
To use, grease casserole and add potatoes, Bake 350º for 30 minutes
