Cashew Casserole Recipe

2 tbl oil
1 cup celery finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 2oz canned mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk & mushroom liquid
1/2 tsp Accent
1 cup cashews chopped
1 can Chinese noodles

Sauté onions, celery and mushrooms in oil -Do not Brown

Add mushroom liquid and milk to equal 1/2 can and add to soup stirring until smooth

Mix the cooked onions, soup and remaining ingredients together

Pour into greased dish and bake at 350* for 20 minutes - it will thicken as it cools
