1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 t. grated horseradish
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 c. drained minced clams
1 egg white
Tiny tart shells or melba toast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, grated horseradish, salt, garlic powder, and clams.

Beat egg white until stiff and glistening. not dry. Fold the egg white into the clam mixture-gently, so as not to break down the egg white.

Pile into tiny tart shells, already baked, or on tiny melba toast triangles, and slide under broiler at high heat. Watch them carefully and pull them out as soon as they are nicely browned.
