1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Assorted crackers or chips, for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine artichokes and next seven ingredients (through cayenne pepper); season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish and bake until golden brown and bubbly, 25-35 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers or chips.
