1-1/2 c minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c milk
4-6 chicken breasts
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put rice in bottom of 9X13 dish, coat chicken with onion soup mix and place on top of rice. Mix cream soups and milk and pour over chicken. Cover dish with foil - removing last 1/2 hour of baking. 350 - 3 hours

The original recipe calls for a cut up chicken but I like chicken breasts best.
