1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 lrg egg room temp
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
chocolate kisses or stars

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, butter and peanut butter. Mix until fluffy-about 2 minutes
Add eggs and vanilla
then add flour baking soda and salt
Cover bowl and chill 30 minutes
Preheat oven 375 degrees- rack in the middle of the oven. Roll into 1 inch balls- roll balls in sugar
Bake 9 minutes or as soon as they form cracks
While cookies are till warm, press a chocolate star or kiss into the middle of the cookie
