1 tart apple, peeled, cored, & chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups beef consomme
1 pint heavy cream
1 tsp. Curry Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apple and onion. Simmer with beef consomme for 20 minutes. Add cream and curry powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
