Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My tribe loves this with lemon cake mix, lemon pudding, 1 teaspoon grated zest...tastes like a Russell Stover lemon cream chocolate!. It's also great with an orange cake mix, orange pudding mix, and 1 teaspoon orange zest. I use the cheesecake pudding mix or French vanilla flavors or Jello flavors. You can be creative as it works with all kinds of flavor combos! The strawberry cake mix is good...and flavor is more intense if you use strawberry no sugar added jello instead of pudding mix.

Cake mixes are very forgiving on variations. Supposedly as long as you get 60% of ingredients like the directions call for, you will have an eatable finished product. I used to let students mix and match whatever flavor they wanted to try with good results.
