Prepare your favourite shortbread recipe. Shape dough into 1 inch balls
Roll in additional sugar
Place on ungreased baking sheet. Use handle of a wooden spoon or thumb to make deep indentations in center of each ball

Bake according to recipe.
Place one toblerone chocolate triangle in center of each warm cookie. Cool.
