4 chicken boullion cubes
1 whole cooked chicken skinned and dice meat
1 quart of water or broth from cooking chicken
1 c.celery
1 large onion diced
Place all in stock pot and cook for 20 minutes
then add
2 1/2 cups of potatoes diced
1 cup diced carrots
1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Cook until tender.
add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 lb. of velvetta cheese
Stir in until well mixed and warm.

I use chicken broth instead of the bullion cubes.
I also use broccoli and cauliflower for the frozen vegetable.
You can also use a rotisserie chicken in stead of the boiling your own chicken.
