1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 T butter
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 14 oz can chicken broth
1 med white onion, diced
4 large flaky refrigerated bisquits (half a can)


Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed chicken in crockpot, top with butter, add cream of chicken soup and broth, and onions. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8 hours.

After the chicken has cooked for the proper amount of time, cut biscuits into small pieces (app. 9 each), add biscuit and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are done. It took and hour in my crockpot.

Remove chicken and schred. After shredded, place chicken back in to crockpot and mix, serve hot.
